In this program we see the Managing Director come to the realization that he is 'the problem'. He had (albeit inadvertently) created a culture of dependence that prevented or discouraged staff from taking responsibility.

He sets about 'empowering' the organization through Implementing Independence, Multi Skilling, Information Sharing, Budgeting, Internal Customer Service and Quality.
