Before It's Too Late – A SmartStart Companion Video – is another video program in the award winning Smart Start series. 

This short video is designed for any session in which you plan to heighten your employees' awareness about workplace violence in any of its forms. The video encourages people to recognize and speak up about outbursts of anger, intimidation or humiliation, threats, harassment, stalking, and others – before it's too late and someone gets hurt.

The video illustrates that:
